Comet offers fast-paced gameplay with strategic depth. Set in the prehistoric past, you aim to save extinct and endangered species from extinction by using card abilities to protect them from a threatening comet.
The basic rules are easy to learn, but mastering the game is challenging. Each game presents a new challenge as you adapt to your opponent's moves.
To use animal abilities, move them to the safe cavern. Saved animals score points in various ways, but you’ll need additional animal cards to move saviors around the board. Use cards strategically!
Different card types add layers of strategy. Make the most of asymmetrical hero cards and optimize silver and gold animal cards. When the silver card deck runs out, the comet phase begins, marking the endgame.
Careful planning of your movements is key. You can jump over opposing saviors to reach the safe cavern faster, which could benefit you or your opponents.
Playing Time: 45-75 min.
